I adjusted my FSA contributions to get this paid for on pre-tax dollars and while it might seem a bit expensive, its a great value if you compare similar alá carte testing from Labcorp and they don't have all the extras SiPhox does. If you're taking your health super-seriously then this is a great tool for you.

I learned so much about my REAL health. After years of being physically active (competitive) and thinking I was taking care of my body, I figured it was time to learn more at a deeper level. After taking the first SiPhox test, I discovered that I had abnormally high levels of Ferritin (Iron) and this was the beginning of my journey of identifying and treating my hemochromatosis. I likely avoided serious health complications or death because of the service.

Regular medicine has said my slightly elevated cholesterol was ok for my age and fitness level; boy they were wrong! This test showed bad ApoA&B levels, causing me to get a calcium test and CT angiogram. Long story short, I was developing Coronary Artery Disease with no symptoms, all while running half marathons and looking “normal”. 2 stents later, I’m back running and have all my biomarkers in check. It is quite amazing you can get your blood test done from the comfort of your home! no need to make an appointment, drive, search for parking, etc. I also had a coaching session, which offered great recommendations on how to adjust my diet and supplements. The advice was far more detailed and personalized than anything I've gotten used to from primary care.
