Children Under the Age of 13
Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our Heart Health Blueprint subscription is only intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, and is expressly not sold to members under 18.

- informing new third-party customers about Siphox’s average consumer profile

- To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

We Do Not Sell your personal information.
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
- Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
- Promotional Offers from the Company. Heart Health Blueprint Customers
By signing up for Siphox’s Heart Health Blueprint, you agree to the Privacy Policy of Beluga Health P.A. of Florida, the third-party provider group whom Siphox connects its Heart Health Blueprint members to, as well as the privacy policy of Siphox Health.
California Residents
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes
