Q: Why did my upload fail?

1. Your file is not clearly legible: Ensure that all biomarker names, values, dates, and units are clearly legible on the report. 2. PDF is password protected: Follow the steps below to remove the password from your PDF. Open the PDF: Use a PDF Reader like Adobe Acrobat. Enter the password: Unlock the file with the current password. Save As a new file: Go to "File" > "Save As" and choose a location to save the file. Make sure to select "PDF" and ensure that "Security" is set to "No Security." Ensure content is readable: Make sure the document is clear and readable. If the text or images are blurry, retake the picture or scan the document, and upload the improved version. Upload the unlocked PDF: Now, you can upload the PDF without any issues.

Q: Can I upload multiple files at once?

No, you can only upload results one at a time. Once you've submitted the results for one report, you can upload the next.

Q: Which lab reports are accepted?

We accept reports from all labs as long as the results, values, and dates are clearly legible on the file. If you have issues uploading, let us know and we will work fast to build out support for your case.

Q: Can I get order a new blood test through SiPhox Health?

Yes! You can order a SiPhox Health blood test kit that tests for 20-50 of the most essential biomarkers (depending on the program you choose).
