It is quite amazing you can get your blood test done from the comfort of your home! no need to make an appointment, drive, search for parking, etc. I also had a coaching session, which offered great recommendations on how to adjust my diet and supplements. The advice was far more detailed and personalized than anything I've gotten used to from primary care.

Great experience

I recently did comprehensive blood tests through Siphox. The testing was not hard to do. I am trying to optimize my metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, IR, organ function metrics. After receiving my results I was able to have a one on one consultation with Tasha, a health consultant, who answered all of my questions and followed up with an action plan based on my data and concerns. Good data, easy process

I've run 2 sets of tests on SiPhox over the last year. The latest updates to the dashboard are a huge improvement and my coaching and  customer service experience has been excellent. I'm going to continue to run these in-between my doctor's visits as I feel like they give me  a VERY complete picture of my general health. I adjusted my FSA contributions to get this paid for on pre-tax dollars and while it might seem  a bit expensive, its a great value if you compare similar alá carte testing from Labcorp and they don't have all the extras SiPhox does. If  you're taking your health super-seriously then this is a great tool for you.

Best at-home blood test I've ever tried

I learned so much about my REAL health. After years of being physically active (competitive) and thinking I was taking care of my body, I figured it was time to learn more at a deeper level. After taking the first SiPhox test, I discovered that I had abnormally high levels of Ferritin (Iron) and this was the beginning of my journey of identifying and treating my hemochromatosis. I likely avoided serious health complications or death because of the service.
