How do I get started?

You can sign up and place your initial order on our website here, or submit your information and one of our team members will contact you.

How do I place orders for my patients or customers?

As our partner, you will receive access to the SiPhox Health Portal where you can place orders, monitor lab results, customize notifications and view each of your patients’ data at any time.

Any test kits that you purchase will be uploaded into the dashboard as credits which can then be used to ship test kits at your own pace.

Do I need to be a medical provider to offer test kits to my customers?

No, you don’t need to be a medical provider. Our end-to-end solution includes requisitions provided by our physician network, covering all 50 states. We recommend that anyone handling medical reports undergo HIPAA training and follow basic HIPAA compliance practices.

Can I customize the test kit and the dashboard with my branding?

Yes! We can customize the test kit for you by placing your logo or chosen design in the primary spot on the front of the kit. The end-user dashboard and email notifications will also feature your logo.

We offer full white-labeling starting with the purchase of just 100 kits.

Do you provide any training and marketing materials?

Once you become a partner, your account manager will give you a technical onboarding to the SiPhox Health admin dashboard. We will also provide you with biomarker interpretation training course from our clinical team, and marketing materials, such as product descriptions and images.

Your account manager and our entire support team will be available to help you with anything related to our test kits throughout the partnership.

What is the minimum number of orders?

We require a minimum order of 30 kits to become an enterprise partner. The initial order is priced at $120 per kit.

Are there any ongoing commitments?

No. There are no ongoing fees or long-term commitments. You simply pay as you go for the orders placed.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes! We offer several volume pricing tiers, starting at orders of 100 kits.

Do you offer customized panels?

Yes! We can fully customize the biomarkers included in your test kit if you commit to purchasing at least 1,000 kits. Please send an inquiry to discuss your specific needs with our partnership team.

Do the kits get shipped to directly to the patient or to us?

It's entirely up to you! We can ship kits directly to your patients or to you. You can even choose to have some kits shipped to patients and others to you for distribution as needed. Shipping costs are included either way.

What information is needed to place an order for a patient or customer?

To place an order for a kit to be shipped directly to a patient, we simply need their name, address, and email.

Do you have a SiPhox Health API?

Yes, we have a robust REST API that allows for creating orders, fetching customers, and fetching report data.

How long does it take to implement the API?

It generally depends on your workflows and the complexity of the project. On average, our API can be implemented within a matter of hours.

Do you sign BAAs with partners?

Yes. We will sign a BAA with a Covered Entity.
